Spa is outstanding, pool offering a spectacular view of the city, easily accessible, slightly overcrowded on a Saturday afternoon;
the library is a great breakfast venue, very nice breakfast buffet;
competent and friendly staff
The spa could be fully included in the accommodation price; the only restaurant closed-by is over-priced (NapaGrill)

Front desk staff were really nice and super helpful.
The spa/baths were way too overcrowded to be enjoyable. We paid the 35 CHF pp fee to get access but did one lap and never came back.

Coffee was good in the lobby. I like the house brand beer also in the lobby. Very nice and capable staff. Helped us call a car for the airport, which was quite reliable.
Dirty shower with non-functional drain, one washcloth for two people, no outlets in the second bathroom and insufficient number of outlets in the main bathroom. The shower is neither good as a tub or a shower. Hair dryer did not work.
