The room was an excellent size, very warm all the time because its colder outside, a fan is provided. The building lay out is lovely, and art of the town with also historical items. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I don't speak French and they were very helpful with me speaking English only. Great place to stay and the town and views are just breathtaking. Would highly recommend.

The staff were amazing and the place is soo soo soo beautiful!
I have been given instructions on when the restaurant would be open for breakfast and there were no places open after 10 am and our place needed notice if we wanted breakfast but I didn’t know that. We had to walk to the station to get coffee but it was ok as the place is so beautiful and the people so friendly. Had I known I would have got supplies from the supermarket before our arrival for hot drinks in the evening and morning . But it really didn’t matter because the stay was incredible. This is the only thing I can think of that other people may want to know x

Good location.
Elevator was not working for our trip upstairs with luggage. Staff elevator was, but staff did not volunteer it. They were really good at saying they were sorry, really good.
Very plain Superior Triple Room. One bedroom was through the bathroom. Table with one chair?
