The staff are amazing.. No request is an issue and sorted with a smile.. Had to change rooms after check in as tv had a cracked screen.. Mika actually helped carry our bags to the upgraded room..
Great location.. Luxurious linens and rooms.. Lovely spa.. FYI.. Narrow stairs to get up to the sauna..
