Beautiful new, viby and trendy modern hotel with great rooms, showers and excellent breakfast. Central location near trams to the station. 10 min walking to the centre of old town. Extremely friendly, clued up young staff!

We cannot recommend the Yalo boutique hotel in Ghent too highly.
From check in to check out the staff in all areas of the hotel were superb.

We stayed in a room that was usually used for an easy access of a wheelchair. Our sink was in the room and out bathroom did not have one and no shower curtains. The room wasn’t cleaned up properly when we arrived: time on the clock nog accurate, hair dryer not in sleeve. This was a bit strange and disappointing for a 4 star hotel with check in time 16:00 pm. You actually pay a very high price for a not proper cleaned up room, with a bathroom without curtains and a short time (16 pm check in, 11 am check out). Breakfast was very good though, which kind of makes it up for our stay.
