Pertiwi Resort & Spa

I had a great stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, well-maintained, and completely up to the mark. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the entire experience very comfortable. The assistance provided throughout my stay was excellent and greatly appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring Ubud and the surrounding areas, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Ubud.

Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. I had a private pool which was really nice and having a large outdoor private area was great. TV had lots of channels. All in all got more than what i paid for. The free afternoon tea which came with my room rate was a nice surprise, that felt quite special and was a nice treat. Location is very handy to lots of shops and great restaurants.

This place could be great but details let it down a bit. The room looked a bit worn and shabby in places, some of the paint work slopped around over skirting boards and light switches, some questionable wiring coming out of the wall with tape wrapped around it near the bed, a few stains on some of the fabrics and a chair with the seat falling apart made it feel less special. All easy fixes, with a bit of detailing and a deep clean the place could be amazing. None of it really effected my time there, but may be more of a concern to more fussy visitors. Considering the rate i paid at time of visit, less than $90 Australian a night for a large room with a private pool I was happy with what i got.

Pertiwi was an absolutely beautiful property, the grounds, gardens were beautifully kept and our villa with private pool was perfect with a generous size bathroom which I absolutely loved! Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very attentive, breakfast was fair. Main pool area is really relaxing with beautiful views over the property, you can sit and enjoy meals in restaurant while looking across pool. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Cute little visit from monkeys on the first afternoon but didn’t see them again in our villa area

The only down fall which isn’t a big deal for my partner and I was the distance from one end of the property to the other. There are two lobby’s, main entrance on monkey forest Rd and the other on Bisma St. The walk between is a few minutes walk and rather hilly however it’s such a beautiful place I can’t complain.

Our room was conveniently located near the entrance, with shops, restaurants, and nightlife all within easy walking distance.

The rooms are old and needs some attention.
