Excellent location with lake view.
Expensive for what you get. Rooms are spacious, but dated (squeaky floor, clogged shower, broken heating). You pay the room, everything else is paid extra (parking, welness, ...)
Unsatisfactory breakfast, I expected much more, too little continental options, juices sucked. Got through the day on chocolate breads.

We like the location. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Had to wait around for items to be replenished at breakfast. Staff member cleared table whilst we were still eating! My husband noticed hot breakfast items inferior quality to last time we stayed 7 months ago.

Outside light streaming through curtains disturbing sleep
Uncomfortable pillows with no support although the bed was comfy but only a small double not a king. I suggest blinds or curtains on rack preferably with pelmet .
The sink and shower drain didn’t drain . The connection between shower tube and head was broken and water sprayed everywhere .
One of the reading lights didn’t work of the table light . Fridge cupboard door wouldn’t close
