Staff very friendly, room view was amazing, free breakfast was good, bar area nice, play park for kids
It was too far from centre, spent a lot of money on ubers, because breakfast was free it was so busy and had to queue and wait for tables

Heating not working room very cold ask reception many times but they just kept saying it was a new fan don’t no what that had to do with anything they offered a portable radiator but never arrived so we had to sit under the quilt to keep warm regards

Breakfast was fine and included hot and cold options. Car parking was available - though for an additional charge despite being ‘part’ of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Hot showers.
Car parking was an additional £10 per day so add this to your booking cost. Zero soundproofing. Rooms had adjoining doors. All bedroom doors closed with a loud bang and very few, if any, other people seem to care, no matter the time of day or night.
