Park Plaza Nottingham

Staff were lovely and really helpful. A technical issue with the room was sorted out quickly and well. I really appreciated the water in the room and the buffet choices at breakfast.

The hotel kindly arranged a room with a large window and a lovely view overlooking the Council House. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and very close to the main attractions. The room and bed were both spacious. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of fruit.

very convenient location , very clean, good breakfast, comfortable room with good amenities. Temperature in the room just right on a very hot night.

I liked the support the staff provided

I use crutches to get around and was advised that the lift from the reception was not working and there would be a few stairs to negotiate, it was actually a flight. I booked disabled parking but on arrival I was advised that the lift from the car park was not working. It proved extremely difficult and frustrating to have to negotiate 3 flights of stairs in a narrow stairwell. There were problems with the TV as it kept freezing. The reading lights above the bed are wired wrongly. the left switch operates the right light and vice versa. I was offered a free breakfast for my trouble but unfortunately I was having breakfast with my daughter and granddaughter. I would stay here again if the facilities were in proper working order.
