This was the second night I stayed after a horrible encounter with staff yesterday the staff on today were exception of totally different the manager was lovely the receptions staff was so accommodating but there was still no dressing gowns available so I paid for two nights but no dressing gowns meant no swimming so although I paid for a more expensive room with dressing gowns I didn't get that kind of stay
So although I paid for a more expensive room with dressing gowns I didn't get that kind of stay in there I didn't like that I paid and didn't get what was promised
