The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Unfortunately there was an error with our booking.com booking but Myrella handled the situation brilliantly, she upgraded us to a beautiful room and kindly arranged breakfasts for both mornings which was amazing and felt at ease.
A special mention must go to Pete who was exceptional at front of house position at breakfast. As someone with coeliac this can be stressful but Pete handled it with pure ease, spoke to the chef and personally brought out my breakfast, he was so knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely friendly, nothing was too much for him and he made our stay brilliant. Jon also in the restaurant was so approachable and friendly.
Also the staff on the front desk Myrella, Winifred were also incredibly helpful and so friendly.

Breakfest was wonderfull, location as well. Welcome drink was nice surprise by arrival. Swimming pool is enjoyable specialy when travelling with kids.
To get in room on sixth floor was quite a walk. The personal in reception could smile a little more when talking to guests but otherwise it was ok.

Good location, staff were friendly
Hot water wasn’t working for ones of the days and I’d been doing sport most of the day so that was frustrating, not being able to get a good shower. My bin was never emptied, for some reason there was the privacy sign on my door on one of the days which I didn’t put on
