Staff were wonderful as always.
Paying to park and the £20 per pet charge is too high.

The hotel was clean beds were comfy and Angela the first staff member was an absolute pleasure well mannered helpful and full of smiles
One of the night staff on the second night was very rude tried to grt back in with my two dogs and she walked ahead and didnt keep the door open to get through for my teenage daughter found that very rude she even looked back at us felt very intentional. That is my only complaint.
