Lots of sockets in the room that happened to be very helpful.
Location is awesome and staff are super helpful and friendly.
Checking in Billy was waiting for me after the opening times, showed me the facilities, sorted out a problem I raised and provided me the equipment I requested last minute.
Checking out Adrian kept my luggage so I could collect it after exploring the city and helped me with train departures information.
Both went above and beyond! Thank you so much!
One of the pillows didn’t have the pillow case and the litter bin wasn’t completely empty.

We were a merry motley crew where I stayed with annealed steel ladders and mattresses on top of what appeared to be school desks it was sturdy enough for 120+kg and large enough not to feel suffocated. No need for a working phone if you walk out the train station and keep walking you’ll find it.
The showers were good, they provide everything you need including towels but one of the showers in the room is either too hot or too cold. I used the only shower room in the dorm which was perfect temperature.
