Apartment was is good, adition to hotel, very clean, good protection from outside.
Very nice breakfast. A bit too distanced from the center, but in calm city area.. oarking is free of charge and near hotel

The breakfast was exceptional!
The hot tub/ jacuzzi they advertise that is in their roof was broken and looked like it had been like that for a while. It was the main reason I booked it. They should either take it off their advertisement or fix it. Or at least compensate the guest somehow.
The big disappointment was the staff. We were supposed to check in the same day the trains were striking across Italy. We had two trains cancel on us and the third we waited four 5 hrs in the station. I didn’t think we would be able to make it the hotel. When I called and explained the situation and same for a refund and cancellation, they absolute refused to bend even under the extreme circumstances. Then yet were not very friendly when we arrived.
The location was awful. It’s in an industrial neighborhood. Nothing around it. 35 min walk from the station and one hour from the sights. It was not convenient, not friendly, false advertising, and nothing to work with the customer.
The faculty was nice, and the breakfast was amazing. But nit worth it.
