The room was new and clean. Very cozy neighborhood not far from the center — we usually walked everywhere. Thanks for the free hot drinks, they were really tasty. The check-in and check-out process was very convenient, and all instructions from the administration were clear. Thank you!

To buy water from the vending machine, you need to have small euro coins (€1, €2, or €5), shops were available nearby, but you need to walk to reach them, and they close quite early.. However, you can drink tap water, which was convenient. But it would be great to have some drinking glasses in the room. The shower shelf was not properly fixed and was lying separately near the sink. The air conditioner wasn’t working, or maybe we were using it incorrectly.

The accomodation was dark with only upper windows near ceiling. No coffee maker as advertised or coffee mugs. No parking available and you need to roam the neighbourhood in hopes of finding a paid metered car park available. Location is near a very large hospital so parking was tricky. The location is about 15-20 minutes away from CBD by car and there are only occasional city buses to get to CBD for restaurants, etc. Due to the car park difficulty we were not keen to loose our car park by driving into the CBD. The hosts were very aggressive with "must check out exactly at 10 AM or they will charge you 20 euros a minute".

Check in process was easy. Property was clean. Location was fine, close to shops and a bus stop and reasonable walking distance to main attractions of Verona.
