Check in and check out was easy. Not that much far from the city center, very nice and quite location. Breakfast was good. Internet connection was good. There were free parking spots in the hotel area which we parked easily. Nice entrance from the main road with both side trees.

Nice, clean. relatively quiet location in a small town. Close to Gimignano, Volterra, & Monteriggioni. Free parking, short walk to excellent local restaurant. Good breakfast! Manager and staff were nice and helpful!
No evening meal (there during shoulder season). No elevator.
