Location, location, location - just a superb location. Was initially worried with the laneway entrance but I didn’t need to be - it’s a thoroughfare. Just a great spot for the train; the vaporetto and for food options.
If I’m being picky, I found the bed hard.

Room was clean. Good breakfast.
Front office reception timing is very short. I had difficulty getting inside the property for checking in at 7 pm. Fortunately, one hotel guest was coming out and he helped us get inside and handed over the keys after checking my name.

Location is 4 mints walk fron train station. Near to boat station
No lift. So many stairs to carrt luggage
No man service. No physical person is available to help or solve your problem.
By mistake i booked for wrong date, just one night early. Which i cancelled but no refund given even infroned the property and booking.com in advance.
There was no one in hotel to talk to.
