Great hotel, would definitely recommend this. I went with a friend who has a far bigger budget than me and she wasn't disappointed. We were in the most basic room you could book but it was a decent size. There is a bar and lounge areas as well as the breakfast room and courtyard which didn't use as early April 2025. It was clean and basic, no carpets which was nice, attractive and clean flooring in communal areas and our bedroom. It is an old building and some floors and walls are sloping. Do not let the proximity to the central airport bus station for both airports (which is at Piazzale Roma) or train station put you off, it's a bonus. Cars can only come as far as Piazzale Roma anyway so the easiest way to arrive if flying is bus or car taxi to Piazzale Roma. Reception was 24/7 and they kindly replied to an email sent from the airport to say we were running very late. Our bus was at 01.10 and then only then a 5-7 minute picturesque walk. We appreciated the scrambled eggs and croissants and coffee machines for breakfast. Other basic bits too (cake/yoghurt pots/apples/ham/cheese/jam/bread). If you want to splash out on a gondola they leave from outside the hotel (90 euros for 30mins). We appreciated the kettle and mugs in our room . Basic shampoo/shower get/soap is provided. My only suggestions would be to provide water glasses instead of plastic ones. We were two friends and were pleased that the request for two beds was accommodated. Room is very small, we stay for 2 nights.
location walk for 10-15 minutes, if you carried big baggage may need only water taxi start at 50 Euro takes less than 5 minutes to main station.
Facilities : both room is very small who is big size may not comfort. but still good things in breakfast.
