Location was really convenient, we came to venice by train, just a short walk with our luggage and then like a 20 min walk to the center, it was perfect. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom and hot water. It is a smart hotel, everything went smoothly with code for entering and surprisingly our room was ready an hour before check in. Would recommend it!

Very clean, very spacious, as pictured, quiet and comfortable. The location is amazing. You don’t have far to walk from train station and access to the best areas of Venice.
The actual “street” it is on is deceiving. Great area
