Location was perfect, close enough to restaurants and sights but quiet after business hours. The side terrace was lovely for enjoying a morning coffee or just getting some fresh air. The sound-dampening windows really helped, as conversation carries in the narrow stone passage outside the guest house. The room was good-sized and the desk area was ample. The bathroom was well-lit. I appreciated the common room and the coffee machine offering many choices. I also appreciated the apples and small snacks set out.
Only quibble I have is when entering the property at night. There should be a motion-dectector light upon opening the front door, as there is a step there and in the dark this can be tricky. There is a wall switch next to the door, however.
