The location is fabulous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely.
The carpet on the stairs and landing was a little dated compared to the rooms and communal areas

Beautiful hotel, balancing old-world charm with contemporary style, in the heart of Como with easy access to boat and train transport, wonderfully friendly staff and an excellent included breakfast.

Location perfect.
Breakfast limited but ok. Waiters unfriendly at breakfast. Zero greetings for the 3 days we stayed there. Room was very basic. Had to request tea and coffee making facility.
