The idea of staying in Como itself is very appealing, and the hotel’s location is excellent—close to the train station and the ferry pier, and within walking distance of Como city center. It’s an ideal choice if you’re planning to visit different villages such as Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio. However, keep in mind that you’ll need to travel by ferry, which can take about 1–2 hours each way.

Very convenient location if you want to cassess to train and coach station. Also not far from the frerry port to visit Lake Como villages. Room was basic but clean.
The view from the hotel was not nice but I don't care too much.

I was there only 2 nights for watching football and exploring the city a bit. The location is perfect, it’s literally in front of the stadium, also is nearby a big supermarket and close by the train station. The people in the hotel are very friendly.
In my room it was sadly that the warm water didn’t work for the shower, but it worked perfectly fine for the bathroom sink. Other than that, no problem at all. I didn’t really asked about the water since I was only at the hotel at nights.
