The location was amazing, right in front of the lake and 3 minute walking to all the piers to take the boats. The room decorations and cleanliness were great and it had a shared kitchen and area that was very complete. The lady that welcomed us was really nice and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great property in perfect location for exploring Como and the other lake towns. Property is very clean and staff are excellent. Great communication via WhatsApp

check in person made a recommendation about a restaurant nearby.
2 rooms were on different floors - request for them to be together was declined. Steep, winding stairs to room in the roof with no windows, only skylights. Other room was extremely noisy - restaurant underneath.
