Great location, clean room, good price.
The bathroom. The shower configuration lead to water getting all over the floor, the sink was too big so there wasn’t enough counter space, and the lights were automatic and too bright - better to be able to control that. The room was also too warm. The split unit leaked and didn’t cool it enough.

The proximity to the lake and the center of Como, the restaurants
On our second trip to Como, we stayed for two nights and three days. Como is wonderful. We chose Bello Lake Como Suites because it's very close to the lake, just 800 meters from the train station. The photos definitely don't do it justice. The self check-in was a plus, but we found the place much smaller than we expected. The entrance was a bit rustic, the building quite old, and the elevator was tiny. The bathroom was okay, but the toilet seat was loose, and my husband had to "fix" it to make it work because it was almost impossible to use the toilet as it was. The towel rack was also detached. The place wasn't terrible, but we won't be staying there on our next trip to Como.
