Location was good, quite central and few minutes walking from the old town.
Staff was ok.
The room was nice but a bit old fashion. Still the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was very good with many options available.
If you are parking the car, just be careful to not leave it on the white lines as it's only for residents. I didn't know it and I got a fine.

We walked from the train station with lots of luggage, in about 10 minutes at a pretty brisk pace-- wasn't bad at all.....a taxi would have been very quick. We were also able to walk to all the main sites easily, and the main street the hotel is off of has all sorts of wonderful shops and cafes, as well as a grocery store.
Breakfast was classic European wonderfulness. Loved all the tasty/healthy options!
Bed was super comfy and room was quiet. Very clean too.
Honestly, there really wasn't anything that I can write that we disliked....maybe that the elevator is somewhat small? Really though, for the night we were there, I can't complain about anything.

The hotel was lovely and the staff made us feel very welcome, especially Marcus. He helped us with recommendations and with instructions for getting to the airport. He even booked a restaurant for us that showed no availability online. The breakfast selection was good and varied. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location was good. It was walking distance from the train station, Mirabel plaza and the old city.

Location was a short 5 minute walk into the Old Town
Very dirty hotel overall. When I checked in there were insects crawling on the reception desk, the receptionist sat there with the insects with no concern. I asked for a foam pillow and he told me to get it later when the next guy took over at 9PM (lazy?). My shower would not drain so I lifted out a metal drain protector and found a massive amount of hair I pulled out to open up the drain. Very nasty! Found old food under the bed too. Overall a very unsanitary hotel that I will never stay at again
