Checking in is easy and straightforward.
The property is nestled in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is a good place, making it very convenient to refill water/make hot drinks. We could leave our luggage in the storeroom after checking out. There is a common toilet and the kitchen is open for us to have a quick lunch(grab and go from Coop). We truly appreciate all these that may seem small things but make it very convenient for us. Very thoughtful indeed

The room and location were very good especially the mountain view from the window. The breakfast was also very good and adequate compared to other European facilities where you can only sometimes find croissant and coffee:)
The only thing missing was an insect screen. Since the room was a penthouse, we needed to open the windows. However, especially during spring, bugs and insects can be a nuisance."

There was a good selwction for breakfast. Location was convenient as ot was near bus stops and train stops. The staff was friendly and accomodating. It was good calue for money.

We had a really nice room that gave us a balcony overlooking Jungfrau. It was so nice. Room was a good size for traveling. I enjoyed the tea that was available at any time. Staff was nice and attentive. We we’re able to park our car each night at the hotel which is something I always need traveling with children.
Breakfast was ok. Would have liked more coffee and food options since we paid for breakfast and I’ve stayed at Interlaken before in a hotel with more options. Some hotels provide a fan and since our room got hot at night I would have enjoyed that option.
