As a family, we tend to prefer hotels that are typical of the local area, even if this is a little outdated, over the uniformity of US-style hotels, so we felt very comfortable here. We sincerely hope the hotel will regain its former glory after the renovation phase and would happily return. Breakfast is ok. The rooms are quite basic. The location is excellent, right by the station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Friendly staff.
The ongoing renovation could be a problem for those who wish to sleep in. We were not affected by this.

The hotel was antique and very beautiful with its decorations , Staff was very helpful
Few extra steps to make the hotel better is that they should add slippers and boiler to the rooms

Great location. Wonderful view from the room. Nice breakfast.
Repair work was going on.
WiFi did not work.
When asked about WiFi, the staff was evasive at best.
