Room well presented with a very clean and tidy bathroom, breakfast offer was excellent and very well presented and maintained / topped up
When booking through the Booking.com, it was clear I had chosen a B&B with an evening meal included, so I was expecting not to be charged for one of the courses.

The location, parking, very helpful and friendly staff, beautiful clean room
Nothing to dislike in particular, only one lift and a bit of a wait for it to come, bar choice of beer, lager and wine was limited

Main entrance amazing rooms clean and tidy a beds and pillows lush
Great location but sadly loads of road building works in the area which is not fault but made it chaos trying to find
