As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a sofa bed and a BBQ grill. Connect to the WiFi, or get cozy in front of the TV (video library available); there's also a DVD player. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. What a find! A wonderful property that felt like it was in the middle of nowhere but in reality was 10 minutes drive to the centre of Le Mans town/circuit and museum and with Rouillon a short drive/cycle (with boulangerie, supermarket and pharmacy). Pool was amazing, hosts were super friendly and helpful (they live next door), there if needed but privacy for our stay. Very well-equipped property, especially kitchen and BBQ so eating in no problem but lots of great options to eat in Le Mans as well. Highly recommend! Thank you for a fabulous week. Note, a number of steps up into property so would not suit if mobility issues but for us just perfect (family of four including 2 x teens). One of the best properties we have stayed in. We miss it already...

Such a spacious property for us and our teen boys. The perfect location, so quiet and yet never far from anything. I would definitely recommend this place for adults and older children.

Très belle maison bien équipée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût avec une grande piscine chauffée et une très belle terrasse. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Idéal pour de belles vacances en famille.
