Love this hotel. Visited twice now and was not disappointed. The only thing is that on Sunday there were no scramble eggs for some reason, not sure why because I had them on the Saturday morning and really enjoyed them with the bacon. Just one little observation the bacon could be a little warmer. Room, beds, bathroom and bathroom products excellent. Absolutely amazing young man on reception.

During the night the radiators made the sound of water dripping which kept us awake.

Not sure if they were aiming for shabby chic or just shabby, not a great location, directly on a tram line, very basic room, poor lighting, non-existent staff, very little food for breakfast
