• The reception staff worked very slowly and appeared unfriendly and unprofessional • Poor value for money • Facilities are very basic and below expectations

Breakfast was poor. Wish we hadn't booked it and eaten outside of the hotel. Rooms were basic, not enough staff to deal with queues at reception.
