We liked the restaurant. We never had such a good service in Paris as Erwan provided at the restaurant, the best waiter they could have. And thanks to him, I give the restaurant a 10. We were really impressed by his great service, fast, attentive, gentle. He really impressed us.
Some stuff in the restaurant just really don't care (expected). We were a bit too early for dinner and someone sent us to wait in the lounge, we waited and waited, no one came to offer anything to us, no one really cared. So I just asked to be seated on a table at the restaurant and thanks to Erwan, our customer experience took a positive turn.

We had a perfect balcony view, staff were lovely and it was very central to everything
There was construction going on at the time of our stay but this wasn’t all day and they gave us a complementary champagne as an apology ❤️

It was fine, nice hotel room, service was quite nice as we weren’t well versed in French
Room was ridiculously hot nothing could fix it, very uncomfortable. For how expensive it is it just didn’t seem worth it especially since there was construction obstructing the view of the Eiffel which was the hotel rooms only selling point. I wish I knew this earlier, would not have booked for Valentines and the price was unchanged even though the view was much uglier than expected due to the construction.
