The hotel offers a great overall experience, especially with its location and views. It’s conveniently located near a shopping center, good restaurants, and a tram line, and is easy to reach directly from CDG airport without needing to go deep into the city. It’s also close to the Arc de Triomphe, making it a great starting point for exploring Paris. The views from the higher floors are a real highlight - from our rooms on the 14th floor, we could see the Eiffel Tower, enjoy both sunrise and sunset. From another room towards the east, we overlook Montmartre and the Paris skyline. The rooms were very quiet. The elevators were efficient, like in a business tower. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options, and the staff provided attentive and personal service, even assisting in different languages. The beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable, and the team quickly arranged an additional sleeping setup within minutes of our request. Wi-Fi worked very well and was reliable for calls and work on the laptop.
The price is on the higher side, although it felt justified by the quality and views. There was some minor waiting time at reception, and while the rooms were generally clean, there were minor details like a few hairs in the bathroom that could have been better handled.

1. Very late checkin (suite not allocated before 1600hrs!!!). Made to change clothes - had an important meeting 3:30pm - in a bathroom instead of being offered a private room where we could do so.
2. Party with loud music and tapping of shoes allowed to go on in one of the rooms (3214) above our suite. Date Friday 30/01. Situation reported to reception but took almost one hour to bring under control despite showing video of the loud music to reception.
