Not like in the pictures it wasn’t light and airy And not very well sound insulated

The apartment is beautiful, it is equipped with everything you need, it is beautifully arranged in a great location and has a wonderful view from both sides.

We were not provided with a cot for the baby for the first night even though it was confirmed that it would be ready also we couldn't get them on the phone but only got the cot the next day.

Perfect location, good beds, space to leave your luggage. We could do ironing and air conditioning, also a kitchen (we did not use it) with microwave, small fridge. Very good room for a city break.

The garbage was not taken for the last reservation ahead of us and nobody came to collect it. I think they simply forgot and these things happen, but after 4 nights we had our garbage as well and it was unpleasant experience (not smell but it was already full when we checked-in). Also, only one pair of towels for 4 nights (I would have loved at least one change, they were very wet after a while). My room did not have a balcony.

The location is excellent and the helpdesk staff were genuinely kind. We appreciated being able to borrow a crib, and the kitchen was fully equipped — the facility itself is what needs improvement.

The bathroom door in our studio wouldn’t close at all. Travelling with a baby who’s a light sleeper, this made every toilet trip a challenge to avoid waking him. There was also no housekeeping during our stay, yet we regularly saw a cleaning lady visiting other rooms. I left our trash outside the door hoping she’d collect it, but it sat there for three days. We asked about the rules for garbage disposal and whether there was somewhere nearby to dispose of it ourselves, but never received any instruction. Overall, our time in Valencia was wonderful, but we likely wouldn’t return to this property on a future visit.
