Great location near to beach, restaurants, shops and tram stop into old town. Just round the corner from the Negresco! We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers, lots of space, bright and airy. Small balconies from each bedroom which look out onto the road and treelined streets below. Air con. Great comms with Sunlight staff, and a complimentary transfer in a Tesla! We know Nice quite well so the apartment felt like a home from home, and I have recommended it to a family member!
Beach towels were available, and there was a beach mat and umbrella which saved us buying any!
The lobby, corridors and lift are all typically french, a little jaded, but it felt safe and secure. The apartment itself is lovely. It's on the 4th floor of a quiet residential block in a nice area, we only saw a few residents who were all friendly and polite. And heard no noise other than the street below!
The bathroom was clean and spacious, shower in the bath was great.
There is a hotel opposite with a lovely looking restaurant and a rooftop bar, we planned to go but never got round to it as there is so much to see in Nice!
Nitpicking here, really! Thin curtains on windows so it was bright quite early. Also traditional single glaze windows so could be noisy with the road below. Air con didn't work in one bedroom but we coped. Aircon was quite noisy too, but that might be me being a light sleeper!
Dining area is in the hallway which initially felt a bit odd, but it had lots of space for the 4 of us.
