SEA VIEW TERRACE PENTHOUSE is a sublime 2/3 bedroom apartment on the top floor, facing the sea, located in the famous residence "Gloria Mansions", classified historical monument and true art work of Art Deco architecture.
Renovated in the same Art Deco style as the residence, this unique apartment with premium services is ideal to enjoy differently from its stay on the Cote d'Azur.
Apartment fully air-conditioned, it will seduce you by its impressive privative terrace with panoramic sight on the sea, its volumes and its luminosity, as well as the quality Art Deco furniture offered in all rooms.
The apartment is located on the 6th and last floor with elevator and free wifi internet connection by fiber optic is available.
A few meters from the Promenade des Anglais, the apartment faces the sea, the neighborhood offers many local shops and the Promenade des Anglais offers an idyllic ballad space. In addition, you will find all transport facilities with a tramway station, a bus stop and a Bike Bleu station just a few meters from the apartment, allowing you to fully enjoy the city of Nice.

BEDROOM 1 :
The master bedroom include a Queen size bed and has a direct access to the terrace and sea view. It has its own bathroom.
BEDROOM 2:
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be combined, and overlooks a private balcony.
BATHROOM 1:
The parental bathroom has a bath and WC.

The apartment also has a shower room with a walk-in shower.

This apartment is fine. It’s in the heart of the tourist district so if you want to go to old town it’s a 30 min drive each time. It’s loud and noisy at night. The AC unit doesn’t work well and the one in the master not at all. The amenities are sparse. No paper products - no laundry detergent etc. the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are bricks. The furniture inside is very formal and small - not at all comfortable to relax after a long day. The apartment is old and smells musty and the sewer smell coming from the powder bath makes it unusable. The outdoor balcony is lovely but they’ve let the bushes grow which disrupts the view. It was safe and protected. I’ll never rent with Nestor Jeeves again - their entire process for check in and check out never worked well. You can’t get anyone via phone and the concept of their concierge app offers little help. I wish I had done more research for such an expensive place.
