About this house rental
House on the ground floor, independent and very bright, located 200 m from the customs path, 15 minutes walk from the Casino beach and shops.
House classified Furnished with Tourism 3 * attesting to a good level of comfort (evaluation carried out during a visit by an approved agent and requiring the validation of 112 control criteria).
Private courtyard facing south east with garden furniture and barbecue. Small garden at the back of the house. Enclosed grounds.
Living room with flat screen TV and sofa overlooking open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer ...).
1 bedroom with 160 x 190 bed, overlooking private renovated bathroom with jet shower and WC (window)
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 x 190.
New mattresses and slatted bed bases in the two bedrooms.
Second bathroom with bathtub.
Second independent WC.
Washing machine.
Basic necessities available.
Sheets, tea towels and tablecloth provided.
Folding bed and high chair available for baby.
Well insulated house with double glazed window and recent gas boiler.
We live in a house located on the same land, but the orientation of the 2 houses allows everyone to be at home without any discomfort. We are at your disposal to allow you to spend a pleasant stay in complete independence.
7 days minimum from May to August.
Sheets are provided free of charge however a cleaning fee is payable directly to us (50 euros).

We had a superb holiday, the location was excellent and the owners who lived nearby were very friendly and welcoming.
The surrounding countryside was very beautiful and we feel we had our best holiday in France so far.

Convenient location, clean, quiet. Two small beaches at walking distance, so is the coastal path. Shops and restaurants about 2 km away, unfortunately no bakery nearby. The owners were kind and willing to help, though as always in France, it helps a lot when speaking french. Consequently, communication via e-mail worked very well.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in Saint Quai de Portrieux. The area is full of wonderful gems to explore along the coast and beyond. Stephane and Michelle are attentive hosts and provided us with a list of must-see places, which we took full advantage of. Since we arrived late after Sunday and in the off-season (early October and nothing is open on Sunday after twelve noon), they made arrangements for us at a local restaurant, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The couple maintains a lovely and spotlessly clean house with every amenity. The beds are comfortable, the rooms large and the house is only a few minutes to the stunning ocean views and a picturesque hike to the center of town. There is parking out front -though a bit tight for a big car so travel small. As well, the wi-fi is not strong so if you are counting on this service, you will need good cell phone coverage. Overall though, it was a memorable experience and deserves a 5 star rating.
