Seasonal rental by the night or by the week, in the heart of Saint-Quay-Portrieux and feet in the water (10m from the beach and 30m from the casino, shops and restaurants):
38 m2 2 to 4 person penthouse apartment (non-smoking), located on the second floor (no elevator) of a secure residence overlooking the casino beach
1 large window in each room. Apartment facing the street with southwest exposure (afternoon sun until late afternoon).
Main room (16 m2):
- 1 BZ sofa bed in 140x200 cm (Bultex mattress 15 cm very comfortable daily use) sleeping 2 people
- flat screen TV
- Equipped open kitchen area with dishwasher, small fridge, electric mini-oven, hotplates x2, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...
Bedroom (17 m2):
-1 160x200 cm bed + 1 single bed. in 90x190 cm (duvets provided)
Shower room with shower and WC
Entrance :
- cupboard with iron and ironing board, drying rack and equipment necessary for maintenance
Baby umbrella bed and child booster available.
Ideal location (literally on the beach and in the heart of the resort), EVERY WALK, to enjoy Saint-Quay-Portrieux with family or couples, restaurants, shops, tennis, beach and seawater pool for two not :
- Beach at 30 m, town center at 300 m
- 300 m from the casino
- Sea water swimming pool at 400 m
- Mini-golf, riding school at 300 m
- Market on Friday morning at 450 m
- Many possibilities for walks by the sea (departure from the customs path at the bottom of the building)
- Waterfront location in the heart of the city

Saint-Quay-Portrieux est très facile d'accès par la route, petite ville balnéaire où il fait bon vivre, tout est à proximité à 5mn à pied (commerces, office du tourisme etc...) Près d'une très belle plage. Appartement très propre et agréable avec un esprit de famille loin des logements aseptisés. Propriétaire très agréable, arrangeante et discrète.
(photo à changer ;-( …ne met pas en valeur..) ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite, salle de bain trop petite, pas d'ascenseur. kenavo !
