House of 120m2, facing south on a plot of 650m2.
On the ground floor :
- 1 open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer)
- 1 back kitchen (washing machine and cap)
- a dining room with a large oak table
- a living room
- a ground floor bedroom with a double bed
- a toilet and a shower room
Upstairs :
- three large bright rooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and one with 3 single beds), all equipped with wardrobes or dressers.

South-facing terrace with arbor
WIFI connection.
A garden shed is made available for storing bicycles, necessary beach, leisure and gardening

The house is located a little more than one km from three beaches that are also places of animation (concerts, restaurants ..): the beach of the Casino, the beach of the Countess, the beach of the Mill.
It is removed from the road and the neighborhood is very quiet.

La maison est grande, belle et bien placée : Proche des plages et des commerces et dans une impasse au calme avec un agréable jardin. Nous avons eu de très bons échanges avec la propriétaire. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Maison plus que complet ! Située dans un endroit calme mais les commerce et village a proximité. St Quay-portrieux est une joli village avec des superbes plages. Même avec un temps gris nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Propriétaire très réactif. Nous allons sûrement revenir.

Maison très agréable fidèle à la description de l'annonce . Elle est très très bien équipée ( cuisine ) , beaucoup de lumière et d'espace . En fait tout est parfait et à notre disposition . C'est la même chose pour sa situation qui permet de rayonner dans toute la Bretagne du Nord sans faire trop de kilomètres ou de profiter de la superbe plage sur place .
