House ideally located in a quiet area, comfortable, neat decoration. enclosed garden and secure terrace for children.
This house is suitable for a family holiday or exploring the Côtes d'Armor (Paimpol, Ile de Bréhat, Beauport Abbey, Château de la Roche Jagu, Guingamp and its historic heritage).
It is located 20 minutes from the main road in northern Brittany (RN12). Two TGV accesses (St Brieuc and Guingamp) 25 minutes away. Rennes and Brest airports at 1h30.
Saint Quay Portrieux, renowned seaside resort, capital of the scallop, offering many summer activities and entertainment, several sandy beaches, supervised swimming, seawater pool, deep water port, Casino, golf (15 mins ), mini golf, Beach Volley, walks to do on the customs roads (GR 34) and boat trips.
On foot: a fishpond on St Marc beach in 10 minutes, brings fresh products, of excellent quality. Catering on site also. A pretty chapel is nearby, as well as access to the customs path.
Monday and Friday markets for local products. The auction can be visited (website) to get to know the life of fishmongers.

Nice house (much daylight thanks to big windows) with spatious balcony. Well kept garden with terrace and deckchairs. Very nice restaurant on other side of the street (excellent grilled meat and fish). The owner is interested and helpful when needed. Many places of interest (for us) such as botanic gardens and Cap Frehel are within one hour drives with car. For hiking you can start excellent walks on the sentiers des douaniers from the beach.

Maison agréable pour séjourner en famille. Bien équipée et lumineuse.
Au calme, un véhicule est nécessaire pour se déplacer même s'il y a un supermarché et un restaurant accessibles à pieds. C'est une bonne location pour découvrir la région, je recommande.

Wir hatten eine schöne , entspannte Zeit in der Bretagne in diesem sehr hübschen Ferienhaus. St Quay de Portrieux ist ein gemütliches Städtchen mit superschönen Stränden und man kann tolle Wanderungen am Meer machen .
Das Haus war für 3 Personen sehr großzügig und die tolle Terrasse und der kleine lustige Garten mit den schönen Blumen haben auch den Aufenthalt im Freien sehr gemütlich gemacht. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut. , manchmal musste man ein bisschen improvisieren. Nur sehr kleine Töpfe ohne Deckel …Gleich nebenan gibt es ein tolles Restaurant „Le Tartan“ mit sehr empfehlenswertem Mittagsmenü 😀. Ein Supermarkt für notwendige Einkäufe ist gleich um die Ecke. Andere Läden, Bäcker und Metzgereien sowie die Strände sind zu Fuß auch zu erreichen, aber schon ein bisschen weit .Ca eine halbe Stunde.
Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder !
