Located in the enchanting Samoggia Valley, on the Bologna hills at 250 m s. l.m., the house is located in an oasis of tranquility within a farm of 70 hectares of land between arable land, vineyard and wood. Not far from the cities of Bologna, Modena, Ferrara, Parma, Mantova, Ravenna, it is only 3 km from a new golf course.

Logement conforme à l'annonce et même supérieur à nos attentes. Le logement est impeccable avec tout le confort. Nous avons disposé du magnifique jardin à notre guise. Plusieurs salons de jardin sont disposés dans la propriété et mis à disposition. Elisabetta et sa famille sont extrêmement discrets mais présents et disponibles si besoin. De là, nous avons pu visiter Bologne, Modene et Parme. Nous étions contents de retrouver ce Havre de verdure en rentrant le soir. Des restaurants sympas sont très proches.
