The Casa delle Fate, immersed in the splendid greenery of the Val di Lima area, enjoys a magnificent panorama of the valley.
It is 10 km from the spa town of Bagni di Lucca, 5 km from the Canyon Park and the Rafting water parks.
The house has been completely and finely restored, lying the classic and rustic style that distinguishes the country houses.
Equipped with all comforts, the house consists of a bright open space with lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The furnishings are accurate and precise, the spaces are large and comfortable. The kitchen has all the appliances, in the part of the living room there is a TV and a comfortable sofa bed.
The room ends with a staircase leading to the double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower located on the upper floor.
Each bedroom has a double bed and a private wardrobe.
The whole house has a Wi-Fi network and is free.
Outside the house, a private garden welcomes you with large spaces to eat, rest and admire the beautiful panorama. An elevated swimming pool located on the garden will allow you to enjoy and relax on hot summer days.

Wir 4 Erwachsene haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber, geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. In den tollen, großzügigen Garten musste man ums Haus gehen - das Auto stand in ca.50m Entfernung. Der Pool war für uns ausreichend, wir konnten uns schön abkühlen. Wanderwege beginnen schon direkt am Haus. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist im Ort. Die Besitzerin Laura war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider ist das WLAN nicht besonders gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Belle maison dans un environnement calme et ressourçant avec de sympathiques propriétaires.
La maison est très bien équipée, parfaite pour un séjour en famille, la piscine est très appréciable.
Localisation à mi-chemin entre Lucques/Pise/la côte méditerranéenne et Florence, pour de superbes ballades. De nombreuses activités nature dans les environs, notamment soft rafting que nous avons testé avec nos enfants de 5 et 8 ans.
Seule contrainte : les premiers commerces sont à 10min en voiture, liée à la tranquillité en montagne.
Une parfaite déconnection !

Sehr sauberes und mit allem Komfort ausgestattetes Haus. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten daher sehr viel Platz. Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf mit 4 Häusern als unmittelbare Nachbarn und einige andere weiter oberhalb der Straße. Von Lucca aus fährt man etwa 45 Minuten bis zu einer Abzweigung und anschließend 2,5 km den Berg hoch über eine enge und kurvige, aber asphaltierte Straße. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am Hang. Vom Haus aus erreicht man Pisa und Florenz in 1Std. 20 Minuten. Die Küste und einige Strände (Bsp. Viareggio) sind ebenso schnell zu erreichen. Auch wenn etwas weiter entfernt, ist Sienna ein Besuch wert und für eine Tagestour leicht erreichbar.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, und auch wenn sie nicht im Dorf wohnt, ist sie stets erreichbar. Das Haus verfügt über WiFi, aber aufgrund der Lage in den Bergen ist der Empfang nicht im ganzen Haus sehr gut. Die nächsten Gäste werden aber das Problem sicherlich nicht haben, da die Vermieterin das Haus in dieser Hinsicht technisch ausrüsten möchte.
Fazit: Ruhe und viel Grün, jeder Komfort vorhanden. Angenehme Temperaturen in den Bergen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Magnifique maison en pierre bien située, isolée au calme avec grand jardin et piscine hors-sol, idéal pour les enfants. A 15min de Bagni Di Lucca où ce trouve les commerces et restaurants les plus proche. À 1h30 de la Piazza Michelangelo à Florence et pour Pise compter 1h15.
La maison possède tout le confort nécessaire avec une grande cuisine.
Nous avons été satisfait du logement et de sont emplacement, nous le recommandons.
