About this cottage rental
Located in the lower area of the village Vico Pancellorum, the house was built from an old 19th century building. Fully renovated with a great concern for its patrimonial history, it welcomes up to 8 adults and 2 children.
The house consists of:
2 double bed rooms, each of them equipped with a bathroom (possibility to add a cot / child bed provided upon request)
2 rooms with 2 singles bed (can be move closer) each of them equipped with a bathroom
1 fully equipped living room
1 kitchen and dining room
1 private swimming pool, kept at the right temperature all summer
1 laundry and storage area (washing machine, drying, Ski, etc.)
1 shaded terrace with barbecue
1 parking (4 vehicles max)
House renovation respected the most stringent insulation rules, making the house as comfortable in winter than in summer. It’s heated by a wood-pellet boiler coupled with solar panels.

Lots of space, lovely pool, a beautiful view and friendly people. Our vacation was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Children and dogs are welcome there. We would love to come back.

Vico Pancellorum is really a beautiful mountain village. The house was clean and big, and it had a great swimming pool in the garden with the most terrific view ever.

We loved our stay in Casa dei Nonni and would love to come back! The view is amazing, it is quiet and relaxing! The pool was bigger than it looks on the pictures!
Sharing the house with those who live there full-time was no problem. They were friendly and helpful! Because of the shared entrace and the way the bedroom are (ground floor and basement feels separates) I find it not suitable for families with young children. Our kids/teenagers are 11,14 and 17 so it was no problem for us!
Do not miss the ice-cream van or the bread-car coming up to the house! Also make sure you pay a visit to the local restaurant, go swimming in the river, try the nearby bridge and visit the village Lucchio!
The signals for wifi downstairs in the bedrooms are bot working/not good- but that didnt bother me.
I loved Vico and would very much like to come back!
