About this apartment rental
Artemis apartments is a modern apartment situated in a quiet village named Pitsidia, near Matala the famous hippie village on Crete. Our apartment is fully equiped with all the things you need on holidays for comfort. You can cook, wash and have your towels ready in your apartment. And if you like to have a bbq with your family or friends this is also possible on the terrace or in the garden of the first apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea (only 900 metres) with a big beautiful sandy beach. This beach can be reached by fee,t car, motorbike or bycicle. Of course you can also rent a car in one of the nearby agencies in Kalamaki, Pitsidia or Matala.
In the village Pitsidia you can find mini markets, a bakery and even a pharmacy and a doctor. Also going out in Pitsidia is really nice especially on the square where they often have live music. And if you want more entertainment Matala (3 km away) is a good option to enjoy yourself. You will definitely enjoy your stay here. We also have a second apartment with number #4273363. Wir haben 16 schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Pitsidia verbracht. Auch wenn das Wetter in der ersten Woche nicht so warm war, gab es genug Platz für uns (3 Generationen) in der Wohnung. Ein herzliches Willkommen von Saskia und Kaffee und Kuchen zur Begrüßung hat uns schnell in Ferienlaune versetzt. Toll war auch der Hinweis, dass genug Handtücher vorhanden sind (weniger Gepäck) und ein Babybett auf unsere Enkelin wartet. Anfängliche Probleme mit der Heizung wurden binnen einer Stunde behoben. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub benötigt.

In Pitsidia fährt man direkt nach dem Minimarket rechts Richtung Comos-Beach zur Fewo ab. Sie liegt nach ca. 150 m links. Ca. 1,5 km zum Meer. Dort ist ein toller, kilometerlanger Strand mit uriger Bar und Taverne. Die Fewo ist Im ersten Stock mit separatem Eingang. Sie hat einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und recht neu. Inkl. Waschmaschine, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC. Plus extra WC. Inkl. Duschbad, Toilettenpapier. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten und großen Doppelbetten, jeweils mit Türen zum Balkon. Bettwäsche, Hand, Dusch- und Strandbadetücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Im Ort sind mehrere gute Tavernen und ein sehr guter Bäcker.
Am Strand konnten wir sogar kleinen Schildkröten beim schlüpfen zusehen.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub.
Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
