Apartment is so cozy, and if its your first time in Kotor, you definitely need a owner like Natasa. She gave us a portable wifi, and always asked for help, she also shared many good places with us. Thanks for everything again.
You might need a car to easily arrive to old town.

Location is great, if you come by car, you will have a free parking lot.
Overall communication with the host was perfect.
The lady, who met us was very polite and heartwarming, managing all our requests
Balcony is great
The apartment is very quite and peaceful
I really missed the dishwasher
The glass door in the shower was leaking
The light in the apartment was very cold like in a hospital, which is not very cozy, so several floor lamps would solve the problem

The property is in a perfect location, is a big appartment beautifully decorated, the swimming pool is downstairs which you can look at from the balcony….I loved everything about it!

Rooms are big, and there is a closet in each of them. The view is nice. A internet hotspot is provided and you can take it everywhere, it was quite helpful. Natasha was attentive during all our stay.
Most things are not well maintained: mosquito nets are not properly installed, so mosquitos can still get in; all taps are loose (mentioned in another comment from July, and still not fixed as promised); the shower door doesn’t close properly, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet; chairs don’t have floor protectors and cabinets don’t have flaps, making everything too noisy. Kitchen is missing some essential stuff. Access to the pool is not easy.
