The location was lovely — about a 30-minute stroll to the Old Town along the water, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t mind being a bit outside of the Old Town since the area was peaceful, with a grocery store just down the street and a few restaurants along the water serving traditional Montenegrin food. The views were beautiful.
We stayed in the top apartment with roof windows. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen (with a fridge) was useful. It was also great having the water right outside — you could lay down a towel or jump straight in for a swim whenever you wanted. The environment was quiet and laid-back, and there were even deck chairs in the courtyard that we could use. Instructions for the lockbox and check-in were clear and easy to follow, which made things very straightforward.
The only real downside was the blind in the bedroom. The spring was broken, so we couldn’t secure it properly and had to leave it open. We contacted the host — he did respond at first but didn’t fully understand, and after we explained again, we never got a reply again, which was disappointing. This meant the room was very bright early in the mornings, which wasn’t ideal. For anyone with accessibility issues, it’s also worth noting that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift, though this wasn’t a problem for us.

The apartment was clean, super comfortable beds, full kitchen and everything very nice, facing the sea and close to the historic centre about 20 minutes walk.
