Amazing location and reasonable price considering the amount of 5* hotels around.
Accomodation is made up of a kitchen/dining room, small bathroom and bedroom with a double bed, single bed, wardrobe and TV. The accomodation was very quiet and very cool: there's AC in the kitchen but even without it still keeps cool in the day which was lovely. A one minute walk they have a personal jetty with loungers and easy access into the water, which we went in daily and was wonderful. They also waved and checked in on us whenever we saw them.
A 40 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, mainly flat and there's a supermarket halfway but still quite a walk. Would definitely reccomend renting a car if possible as transportation to Podgorica airport is tricky and a taxi is 70 euros minimum.
The shower unfortunately went cold after 15-20 minutes which is fine for one shower but meant my partner mostly had colder showers after me, it was also not fixed so you had to hold it above you (not a major problem but not convenient). Can be hard to get messages across due to language barrier and you can only pay in cash. The double bed was not long enough for a 6"0 person to lay out comfortably. There is a restaurant next door which although wasn't noisy for us may be an issue for small children.

The place is situated right next to the beach, with a very beautiful view from the window. The building is traditional. It has a good parking, located just a 30min walk away from Kotor center. Many good restaurants nearby. The hosts were helpful and accommodating.
It would have been better if shower gel and shampoo was provided. There was a bit of sewage smell in the bathroom. Also, it felt a bit disturbing with lots of religious and private photos hanged by the walls.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom garden apartment and it was so lovely! Dragovan is a great and communicative host who always made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was cozy and clean, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The private beach with sun beds made our stay here truly special. We would gladly come back!
The garden is a bit buggy, so bring mosquito spray.

El entorno frente a la bahía de Kotor, las vistas y la terraza para desayunar. La posibilidad de bañarte bajo el apartamento era un lujo. Alejado de la saturación turística de Kotor, pero con la posibilidad de ir andando a 40min
