I recommend these apartments for a large family vacation. The view is incredible! There is a huge terrace with chairs and a table, as well as a cozy hanging cocoon chair.
The host, Jovana, is very kind and easy to communicate with. She met us on arrival, showed us where to park, and was always available. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. There is a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, and plenty of cookware, which was especially important for us as we have four small children.
Our kids absolutely loved the children’s room, and the youngest was provided with a separate baby crib. The apartment was very warm — the heating had been turned on before our arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch during the off-season. The linens and towels were perfectly clean and smelled wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Rays.
There was only one unpleasant moment — communication with the neighboring apartment owners. They told us about their private access to the pier and said we needed to ask their permission to do yoga there in the morning. This slightly spoiled our mood, as it was unexpected to find that access to the water in Montenegro could be private, especially right in front of the apartment we had rented.
It felt like unprofessional competition between properties, and it was unpleasant that we had to spend part of our vacation listening to negative comments from a neighbor. Next time, we will simply avoid interacting with this lady.
We have absolutely no questions or complaints about our host — she maintains a very high level of professionalism and service. We will definitely recommend this apartment to all our friends.

Foarte aproape de plajă publică. Panorama excelentă. Te trezei cu vasele de croazieră ca trec prin fața dormitorului. Curățenie și dotări excelente de la bucătărie până la baie.
Un loc de parcare foarte strâmt.

Super schone accommodatie. De baai voor je deur. Veel ruimte. Perfecte locatie om tivat/porto montenegro, perast, kotor te ontdekken. Drie super leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Vriendelijke verhuurder. Wat wil je nog meer?
We hadden twee auto’s, waarvan een die echt een stuk verder moest staan omdat er geen plek was. Maar daar kon de verhuurder niets aan doen. Zij heeft zelfs plek gemaakt bij haar eigen thuis zodat de auto veilig kon staan.
