Great location, short walk to town. Plenty of space in communal areas to accommodate 6+. Great bathrooms and hot water. Good Internet. Clean and spacious with nice decor. Well fitted out kitchen with everything we needed and plenty of cupboard space.

A very spacious and pretty property. There were 8 of us and still plenty of room and seating at the dining room table.
The living room was beautifully decorated.
The bedrooms were also spacious.
Two bathrooms was perfect too.
We have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend the property.

Excellent location
Spacious property
Not sure if we were the first guests of the season, but everything just felt a little ‘not ready’, and the small things that make a big difference just weren’t there.
Cobwebs on kitchen cabinet. Hair in the cutlery drawer. Dirty remote control.
Shower tray in en suite was grubby, had hairs and doesn’t drain properly leaving the next person to have to stand in the previous person’s dirty water. Also no lighting in or around the shower, very dark when showering.
Courtyard area was uninviting with weeds and hosepipe laying on the ground (the outdoor space was one of the main reasons we booked - we didn’t use it for this reason).
Coffee machine provided but not the pods to use in it - always seems strange to have something guests can’t use unless buying expensive pods for it. Would have preferred a simple cafetière.
No lamps in two of the bedrooms - had to take one from the living room for my son.
Double bed creaks like mad - discovered this was because the support underneath was completely bent.
The extractor fan and light above the oven don’t work - the fan sounds like the motor was grinding out!
Parking was not great - space advertised on the driveway, but only if you have a tiny car! We attempted with both of ours but despite getting onto the drive itself, no chance of being able to get out of it without standing in a flower bed!
Lack of mirrors in the house - difficult for 5 people to get ready when both bathrooms are in use. No full length mirror except the strange mosaic one in the hall where you can’t actually see yourself?!
