Perched atop a knoll along Oceana Drive, this home underwent extensive remodeling in 2016, showcasing breathtaking views of Dillon Beach, the ocean, and Tomales Bay. The open living space seamlessly connects to a stunning chef's kitchen equipped with high-end Wolf appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The main level boasts two bedrooms and one bath, while the master suite on the upper floor features a balcony with panoramic views.
The living room and dining area exude warmth, accentuated by a gas fireplace beneath the cathedral ceiling. Additional living space is found below, accessed through a private entrance, offering another bedroom, a bi-level bonus room, and a contemporary full bath. The hot tub provides an idyllic setting to enjoy sunset views.
Note that pets are not permitted and the property is equipped with external security cameras focused on entrances, respecting privacy in non-public areas.
This property is an ideal gathering place for family and friends, emphasizing a peaceful atmosphere rather than a party setting. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited at vacation rentals in the County and campers are not allowed in the driveway. Surveillance cameras are in place to monitor parking areas, and decimal meters help detect excessive noise. Respectful quiet hours, from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, are enforced.
Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action. Additionally, in response to the severe coastal drought, we temporarily suspend laundry services at this house to contribute to water conservation efforts. The host was responsive to our questions. The amenities were great! We found everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The chef's kitchen was a dream as my family loves to cook! We enjoyed plenty of family-time in the home while it rained. We had the most gorgeous view of the ocean and we had frequent deer families cross the yard looking for tasty grass. We brought binoculars to search for migrating whales. Everything was clean, very organized, and accommodating. One suggestion...update the boardgames ;) We are hoping to come back again and stay longer!

Host was very welcoming, responsive and location fabulous. Very spacious and great set up.Amenities great esp well stocked kitchen (no saran or foil though and it’s 15 a piece at store) except 1) no beach towels 2) limited number of thin bath towels. Easy inexpensive fixes, which would make all the difference definitely in winter with the rain. A place at the beach with a hot tub should provide. Also no access to a laundry dryer until we asked, which made it even more difficult to have wet towels. Asked about boogie boards and chairs (also standard for a beach house) and was told none.
