Perched atop a knoll along Oceana Drive, this home underwent extensive remodeling in 2016, showcasing breathtaking views of Dillon Beach, the ocean, and Tomales Bay. The open living space seamlessly connects to a stunning chef's kitchen equipped with high-end Wolf appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The main level boasts two bedrooms and one bath, while the master suite on the upper floor features a balcony with panoramic views.
The living room and dining area exude warmth, accentuated by a gas fireplace beneath the cathedral ceiling. Additional living space is found below, accessed through a private entrance, offering another bedroom, a bi-level bonus room, and a contemporary full bath. The hot tub provides an idyllic setting to enjoy sunset views.
Note that pets are not permitted and the property is equipped with external security cameras focused on entrances, respecting privacy in non-public areas.
This property is an ideal gathering place for family and friends, emphasizing a peaceful atmosphere rather than a party setting. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited at vacation rentals in the County and campers are not allowed in the driveway. Surveillance cameras are in place to monitor parking areas, and decimal meters help detect excessive noise. Respectful quiet hours, from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, are enforced.
Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action. The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. We didn't use the hot tub. The gourmet kitchen was very much appreciated. The weather was perfect.

Kitchen was awesomeLaundry was in the garage which was fine but the lock code was not anywhere in the house binder. Call to manager and had itFireplace was inoperable until the installer came by and repaired Hot tub was not hot and the information in the binder was for an older unitIt did get hot eventually but the jets didn’t work All in all it was niceAwesome views

Great property with terrific views. We really liked that the kitchen had great appliances and was fully equipped. The hot tub is a major plus, especially if you get to enjoy it during sunset.
