Simply a chic and elegant apartment with stunning rooftop terrace, in the heart of Florence's luxury shopping district.
This apartment is located on the sixth floor (with elevator! Very rare feature in downtown Florence!) of an elegant building set in Via de' Rondinelli, a short street which joins the famous Via Tornabuoni, luxury fashion shopping street in the heart of Florence.
The whole place has been recently renovated and redecorated with great taste: tons of natural light enlighten every room, while light wooden floors and a charming, design and refined interior design style adds a twist of contemporary and a welcoming feel.
This apartment can accommodate up to six people, thanks to the two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room.
The entrance opens onto the living area, equipped with a cozy sofa bed, armchair flat screen Tv and a design dining table for six people.
The adjoining kitchen is modern and fully equipped with anything you may need to cook your own Italian pasta while in Florence.
From the kitchen, a few steps lead to the marvelous outdoor terrace: a rooftop paradise from where you can see the Duomo and many of Florence's famous sights. The outdoor area is equipped with a dining table and outdoor lounge furniture, for you to enjoy relaxing and special moments outside, having breakfast in the morning or just observing the sunset over the Cupola.

The master bedroom, with dark wooden floors and modern furniture, features a queen size bedm a large closet and night tables; whereas the second bedroom is equipped with a couple of single beds, closet and night tables.
The bathroom, also recently renewed, is set next to the kitchen and features a large walk in shower.
This apartment's strategic location and unique interior features make it an extraordinary location, easily accessible from the Santa Maria Novella train station and ideal starting point to explore all Florence on foot. Via Tornabuoni, Florence's most fashionable and luxurious shopping street is located only a few steps away from the apartment. This area of town is also known for its vast array of Florentine restaurants, cafès, bakeries and shops: you will be spoiled with all the choices!

The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. The rooms were comfortable. The terrace was fanatastic and the views unbelievable. The locations was extremely convenient. Check was easy and the representative was friendly and professional. Definitely would stay here again on another vacation.

The property location was wonderful and spacious for our family of 5. Beds were not comfortable and should be replaced, everything else was nice, especially the large patio. With new beds we’d be back.

This apartment was the perfect place for our family of four to spend a few days in Florence. The host was amazing! He raced over once we’d checked out to unlock the door because I’d left my cell phone inside. We had to catch a train and he came to my rescue within 10 minutes! The location was central to everything and was well equipped and comfortable. The view from the patio was breathtaking!. Highly recommend
