The flat was in great condition and our host, Liza was amazing, so accommodating and helpful. Liza helped coordinate a driver for our party for an all day excursion, and translated for us all day. Best host ever!!

Wonderful property! Excellent location close to everything and on street with shopping such as Gucci, etc. Hot tub and terrace were a fun bonus for my family!

The apartment is located close to restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery
and everything you need within walking distance. Liza was amazing to communicate with, and when I told her we were traveling with our 1 year old daughter, she got a portable crib, bathtub and even some toys for us! She and Russell greeted us at the wine bar right next door, and treated us to some prosecco, which ultimately set the entire tone of our stay in Florence. There are a lot of stairs to get to the penthouse, but they arranged for our bags to be carried up upon check-in and brought back down during checkout. Would 100% recommend!!
